Web-design of the EMIH CRM system control panel was developed and the system was prototyped at each stage of development to agree with the customer on exclusive functionality and UX/UI design
Implementation of the control panel dashboard
A CRM dashboard has been developed that contains information about parishioners of religious centers and their birthdays, recent donations, a schedule of planned events, meetings, birthdays, and the number of new parishioners per month
Development of the contacts section
The contacts section has been implemented, which contains information about parishioners, the date of their last activity, the ability to add parishioners and view information about donations, membership in a religious group, and documents
Developing a family tree
A family tree has been implemented that demonstrates the relationships between parishioners who are related to each other with the ability to add new relatives and view detailed information about them
Development of the religious groups section
To display religious communities and structure donations, parishioners in the system are organized into groups with the ability to create new groups. Also, the ability to create new events for each group separately and encourage parishioners to participate in them has been added
Development of the donations section
The system has a donations section that allows you to control donations by each parishioner, determine the amount of the donation, its status, and create new donations
Development of the religious centers section
The possibility of controlling and creating separate religious centers in the system to control the affiliation of parishioners to each of them has been implemented
Development of the event planning section
CRM has implemented an event planning section, which is a task manager tied to a calendar with the ability to control them and create new ones
