Developed UX/UI design of a mobile application for the owner and employees, the main focus of which was on ease of use and implementation of only the most important functions necessary for managing business processes by users

Navigation in the application

Developed and implemented a convenient navigation mechanism between the client's company and its locations in order to distribute the application's functionality among officials with certain levels of access

Processing and control of new order receipts

Developed a customer order management module with the ability to view detailed information on each order, accept new orders, manage their statuses, and filter by parameters

Scanner of customer loyalty cards and processing of loyalty transactions

A scanner for scanning customer loyalty cards at physical points of sale, as well as the functionality of writing off and crediting bonuses were introduced

Processing and controlling customer feedback

A module for receiving feedback from customers (from QR forms, Google Maps, from products) with the ability to view reviews, respond to them in SMS, respond and moderate reviews of products left by customers, filter by parameters for display

Analytics dashboard and company news
