BuildPro is a construction company specialising in residential and commercial projects. To manage its sites effectively, the company needed a digital solution that would bring together office staff, project managers and construction teams within a single system
Challenge
Coordinating work across several construction sites required a constant exchange of information between management and site staff. Monitoring task completion, submitting reports, tracking progress and resolving operational issues were made more difficult by the use of disparate communication channels The company needed a mobile tool that would enable staff to access up-to-date information directly on site and report promptly on work completed
Our decision
The Webstick Global team has developed a mobile app for managing construction processes, centralising workplace communication and monitoring task completion. The solution provides access to project information, enables tasks to be allocated amongst staff, allows work status to be tracked and facilitates the transmission of data from construction sites in real time, provided there is an internet connection
