StockLine is a company specialising in the wholesale trade of goods and warehouse stock management. As its turnover increased, the company found it necessary to centralise its warehouse accounting, optimise internal processes and ensure transparent monitoring of goods movement at every stage
Challenge
Inventory management and the monitoring of warehouse operations required a single digital solution that would enable the business owner, accountant, warehouse manager, security staff and sales managers to coordinate their work. The lack of a centralised system made it difficult to monitor current stock levels, record receipts and dispatches, track the movement of goods and exchange information between departments. The company needed to automate these processes and minimise its reliance on manual record-keeping

The system ensures that access rights are tailored to employees’ roles, provides centralised tracking of goods transactions, and monitors the movement of products from the moment of receipt through to dispatch
